Frequently asked questions
Like any dentist, we get a lot of questions from patients. Instead of making you call to get answers, we've provided the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below.
We accept plans from a wide range of insurance carriers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, and UnitedHealthcare. However, even if your insurance carrier isn't listed, give us a call and ask. If your dental insurance plan is a PPO, it is very likely that we accept it, too.
You can get an appointment as early as today. Better yet, if you have a dental emergency, like tooth pain, you should just walk in. We'll get you taken care of right away.
We understand that the cost of dental care can seem out of reach when you don't have dental insurance. You're not alone: nearly 35% of dental patients are uninsured. Fortunately, we have a solution built just for you, and it is called the Rise Plan. While the Rise Plan isn't dental insurance, it does help to reduce the cost of care by as much as 30%, as well as provide some free perks, like two annual cleanings and a set of x-rays. Plus, the Rise Plan can be purchased for your whole family. Give our patient care team a call to learn more and to sign up.
Generally, you don't need to bring anything specific, other than a form of payment. If you have dental insurance, it speeds up the verification process if you can bring your dental insurance card, as well as your ID. You may not have a card, and that's okay, too.
It is our goal to provide dental treatment whenever you need it. If you would like your dental services provided at the same visit we diagnose them, we can usually make that happen. In rare cases, we may need some additional time to prepare for your treatment. However, we do our best to be flexible to your schedule.
